Consulting services for all sized groups

ATLIANCE is a consulting firm specialized in statutory consolidation and financial reporting for all sized groups. We serve large public groups, but also medium sized companies and private organizations. See our selection of clients.
We provide financial accounting services and IT consulting services. Our clients are CFO’s, controllers and heads of consolidation and controlling departments. Examples of our offer are displayed below. Our very specific expertise and experience in accounting and technology aspects of consolidation and financial reporting enable us to deliver efficient and non standardized services. Partners and all consultants have developed a double technical and functional knowledge.

Consolidation and financial accounting

• Analysis of consolidated cash forecasts, preparation of consolidated statements of cash flows in complex groups
• Design and implementation of fast close projects, in order to accelerate financial publication and to improve consolidation process
• Integration of new subsidiaries in the scope of consolidation, calculation of goodwill and preparation of purchase accounting entries
• Analysis and preparation of complex consolidation entries
• Transitions to IFRS and associated e-learning
• Assistance during year-end and quarterly closings, with a temporary staffing of consolidation and controlling departments, and of accounting departments of subsidiaries

Technology

• Design and deployment of a reporting tool to comply with bank covenants reporting requirements, calculation of consolidated ratios on a quarterly basis
• Selection and deployment of IT reporting, budgeting and planning tools at corporate consolidation level
• Refreshment of prior versions of statutory consolidation tools

Trainings and change management

• Design of education programs in financial accounting and technology, when new reporting tools are implemented within groups
• Animation of seminars, visit to countries and subsidiaries
• Whenever possible, implementation of e-learning and e-conferencing tools
